The service at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The front desk staff often seemed uninterested or bothered when I needed assistance. I had multiple issues with room service not responding to my calls, and basic amenities were frequently overlooked. It felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a guest.

During my visit, I appreciated the beautiful French decor and the luxurious atmosphere. The staff showed warmth and attentiveness, enhancing my experience. I found the room service options somewhat limited. A good stay in a fantastic location!

Our room was a lovely size for Paris, and I loved how the interior was gorgeous, especially the heated toilet seats! The spa and wellness center was a nice getaway with a relaxing massage and soothing steam room to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

Fantastic stay with a beautiful room

We had a lovely 3-night stay in the Baron Haussmann Suite. The bathroom was HUGE, literally taking up a third of the room! The attention to detail was on point, and the staff were super friendly and spoke great English, which made everything easier. Just a heads up—sometimes you can hear the neighbors, so that’s a thing.

it was a bummer that there weren't many seating options in the public areas. but the marble bathrooms were stunning, with heated floors. and the bed was incredibly comfortable! the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful, making it a memorable stay.

I had a lovely time discovering the nearby Luxembourg Gardens, just over 3 km away, and easily walked to the Louvre Museum, which is less than 2 km from my room, while my comfortable stay also featured friendly staff that made my experience even better.

During my stay, I was charmed by the elegant decor and spacious common areas, which were accessible and comfortable for seniors. The beautiful marble bathrooms and carefully designed rooms offered both luxury and convenience, making my experience truly enjoyable.

More seating options in public areas would be nice.

The sashimi at nearby Pomze was a highlight, fresh and beautifully presented! Plus, the spacious pool area was a delightful surprise for a Parisian hotel.

The room was tiny and certainly not the promised size, making me feel a bit cramped. The breakfast setup was a challenge, juggling a lid with no place to set it down.
